Original Yoga received by a living Master in remote south India. Learn simple, yet powerful techniques that can be continued on your own. The principles of this approach can easily be implemented into other practices and your day to day life. 🌅
Brazilian Zouk. 18:45 - Training group 3 (advanced level); 19:55 - Training group 2 (intermediate level); 21:00 - Social (open). Admission to Training groups requires a certain level of dance skills, and room capacities. Please get in touch with us beforehand (team@zouk-jena.de), so that we can assess your level and choose the appropriate training format for you. Regular attendance is required to achieve progress, drop-in only upon prior arrangement. For the social all Zouk dancers independent of their dance experience are welcome!

📆on Thursday the 07.05.2026 we will have the next The Element Key Jam in Jena
💚 Socialising happens between 18:30 and 19:00.
⏰ At 19:00 we will start the session and close the doors for this evening, since we need to explain the rules and create a space for exploration.
End: latest 22:00.
The Element Key Jam is a mixture of music, dance, poetry and drawing.
It is co-created by all the participants. There is no audience for which we perform.
It is about immersion in the moment and feeling light hearted.
🎷🎺🎤🎨🩰🎹Please bring your own equipment: like instruments, dancing shoes, drawing equipment, written texts or something to write on.
I will bring a Cajon, some percussions and two microphones with me.
You will learn everything you need within the session.
We are looking forward to jamming with you 🙂
