Zouk Class and Party

The 1 hour sesssion is designed to rejuvenate the body and mind . This practise will include a series of gentle yoga postures focussing more on people with cervial neck pain and shoulder pain, followed by guided meditation to promote relaxation and inner peace . The nclass would be free of charge and will have students from Jena university
