Class Details:
Beginners: basic steps, developing a feeling for the beat, first figures, leading and following (in any role you prefer).
Advanced beginners: more figures, improving of leading and following, free dancing, extra dance techniques
In this free workshop I invite you to explore the questions: What is embodiment? How can my body be a resource to help me regulate stress, express myself authentically, and improve my relationships? How can I get more embodied? How does culture influence my embodiment?
